The position for Senior Project Manager takes full responsibility for a variety of electrical, from marketing through project close out and customer follow up. Qualified candidates will have a successful track record demonstrating a complete understanding of project management responsibilities, including profit, supervision, customer relations, fiscal, and contract management.  Responsibilities include: Supervise multiple Project Managers who are managing multiple projects. Manage up to $30 million-dollar electrical construction projects or multiple large projects simultaneously. Decision-making responsibility concerning project cost, time and performance. Accountability for project planning, execution, job cost tracking, and job closure. Provide monthly project status detail and percent of completion reports. Monitor and control project through administrative direction of on-site foremen to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget. Initiate and maintain liaison with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Interfacing with contractors, vendors and in-house operations. Cross-selling of other company operations through fully integrated solutions. Supporting an injury free work environment and safety culture. Requirements Minimum 15 years’ experience in selling, estimating, and managing multi-million dollar Industrial Construction or Advanced Technology projects. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering plus 10 years’ construction project experience; or in lieu of degree, 5 years' experience as an Electrical Foreman or General Foreman on large projects, plus 10 years as a Project Manager required. Proven record of successful relationships and marketing skills, preferred. Superior knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods, required. Must have proven experience managing 100k+ man-hour projects. Proven experience with heavy power distribution systems, instrumentation installation, and process control and system integration, required. Thorough applied knowledge of project QA/QC procedures and system turnover. Ability to demonstrate a high level of competency in labor, material, and contract management. Competency in earned-value tracking, labor efficiency index, and crew composite factors. Proven ability to complete a detailed take-off and all required estimating for electrical projects. Relevant experience in electrical subcontracting is a must. The position of Assistant Project Manager is responsible for providing a high level of coordination support in a variety of areas, partnering with construction project management and field staff. Assist with managing all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs and project meeting minutes. Assist with supervision and directing project activities as assigned by the PM including planning and coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures and standards are maintained, etc. Assist with the maintenance of all change order, submittal and document control logs within Viewpoint. Assist PM and PX with interactions with subcontractors to make certain that we have obtained the correct documentation and drawing for the Owner and Maintenance Manuals. Responsible for creating the Job Information Sheets and establishing job files under the direction of the PM or PX. Assume temporary total project supervision responsibilities in the absence of the PM. Able to read and basic understanding of electrical drawings and specifications. Assist with establishing workflow breakdowns in conjunction with Field Supervisors and Project Managers. Assist with ensuring project billings are accurate and submitted timely, monthly, and per contract documents. Responsible for assisting in writing and submission of quality RFIs. Responsible for assisting PM to ensure timely payment to subcontractors and vendors. Able to review and update status of construction schedules as per request of PM or PX. Able to assist Project Management team with the setup of project budgets in Viewpoint in conjunction with Field Supervisor. Work with Payroll department to ensure accurate Payroll information has been submitted. Other duties as assigned. We’re seeking a new member of our operations team to: * Fulfill orders for wild mushrooms, fresh truffles, specialty produce and hard to find pantry goods. * Repack food products into new containers. * Pick up produce from our suppliers, and deliver to Portland restaurant customers. During hot weather, drive packages to the PDX airport in our refrigerated cargo van. * Inspect, weigh and receive dry goods and produce. * Sort, trim and chop produce. We start at 8:00 am and go to 4:00 Monday – Thursday for much of the year. End time would be around 6 pm May through Sept, when you would be delivering packages directly to the PDX airport at the end of the day. 9:00 to 1:00 on Friday.
