Water park wristbands are included for your entire stay. Everything is within walking distance or you can take the shuttle that takes you around. There is no timeshare presentation required. No housekeeping fees. We accept PayPal as a verified participant, Zelle, Venmo or Cash App. Guest Confirmation and taxes are included in the price above. You will receive the guest confirmation promptly upon payment. The person checking in must be at least 21 years of age to check in. A $250 Deposit is required at the time of checkin. If there are no charges to your room you get the entire deposit back. There are no other fees or timeshare presentation required with this unit. Guests will be responsible for any damage to the unit. If you arrive by 11am, you may check in and receive your water park passes until your unit is ready. You then have continued access to the water parks your entire stay.
