Requirements l    Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling and stocking inbound products;  l    Receives returns, counts and confirms quantities, determines condition and completes paperwork;  l    Arranges for pick-up of shipments, contacts delivery drivers and coordinates schedules;  l    Communicates effectively with the other departments in the company;  l    Responds quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolves problems, and communicates service issues to supervisor; l    Encourages safe work practices in others; l    Arranges daily cycle count and follow variance;  l    Weekly report updates;  l    Other duties as assigned to the position Qualifications l    Bachelor or international equivalent;  l    1 years of relevant experience preferred, no experiences is ok, everything will be trained;  l    Moderate computer skills, assist in report data collection. l    Strong responsibility, follow supervision, good communication skills | Bilingual in Mandarin is required Benefits 401K, Dental, Vision, Medical insurance, Paid Holiday, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, Management training program, H1B Sponsorship.  $18-22/hour during first three months, will increase after probationary period.

RMC is hiring for a Junior Inventory Management Specialist to support our customer onsite at NSWC Indian Head, MD.   The selected candidate will be expected to: Perform a wide range of substantive clerical/technical support work. Perform inventory accounting and control records entry and review, demand processing, requisition and re-supply, receipt and release of property, shipments, and management information recoverability. Perform periodic inventories of plant property, materials, and equipment. Gather information to support inventory records, discrepancies, and assist with corrective actions. Process disposal documentation as required, and post status record changes to maintain control of equipment dispositions. Process material receipts; enter data in the inventory control system; enter receiving and shipping documentation; and notify management of discrepancies with maximum supervision. Follow technical written procedures issued by the Federal Government for requisitioning, receiving, and storing supplies, repair parts, and equipment. Requirements A High School Diploma and (2-3) years of general work experience is required. An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start. The applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
