Ladybug is hiring commission-based Sales Reps (Ladybugs) that will help merchants complete an online finance application and collect finance documents. Ladybug offers leads, scripts, training, and support to its Ladybugs. Sales background extremely helpful, but finance background not required. You'll quickly learn the position and products and services that Ladybug offers. In as little as a 1 hour remote training session you will be confident to pick up the phone and start earning your reward! Ladybugs can earn commissions on their first day, with top earners earning up to $10,000. The base commission starts at 25%, with the top earners earning 25% of the house profit. Ladybug Lending® is open Monday through Friday and closes early on Friday. Qualified Ladybugs can call, text, and email clients, and weekly draws (advances) of up to $300 are available should a deal be slow to close. FYI, an experienced rep will close your deals until you are comfortable, at which time, you'll receive a commission increase to 30%! Qualifications include speaking fluent English, authorized to work in the USA,18 years or older, having a functioning computer or laptop, a mobile phone with calling and texting capability, and basic data entry and emailing skills.
