Position Overview The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and providing expert guidance throughout the design and purchasing process. This is a full-time position, and salary will be based on experience. Responsibilities • Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing knowledgeable support and design recommendations. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. • Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and sales orders. • Collaborate with the operations and installation teams to ensure project success. • Meet and exceed sales goals by actively pursuing residential and commercial opportunities. • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, trends, and industry best practices. Qualifications • Proven experience in sales (experience in flooring, cabinetry, countertops, or home improvement industries a plus). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS/CRM systems). You will reach out to homeowners, realtors, property managers, and local businesses to introduce our services and schedule moving or junk-removal jobs.
