Construction Renovation Technician

Blackhawk Construction, LLC is a local general contractor servicing the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Much of our work is large scale multifamily/apartment renovations. We renovate entire apartment complexes, which typically includes all apartment interiors and common areas, as well as varying degrees of exterior scope. Our mission is to complete every project on time while delivering top-quality products and maintaining exceptional customer service for our clients. We self-perform interior demolition, cabinet installations, door installs, finish carpentry, drywall repairs, trash-out, and miscellaneous fixture installations. We are seeking permanent, full-time team members with a strong sense for quality and attention to detail. We offer a fast paced, quality driven environment. Applicants must have experience within the construction field and with most, if not all, of the trades listed above. Candidates must also have reliable transportation, standard tools, and be able to pass necessary pre-employment requirements including background check and substance screening. Ability to meet lifting requirements of up to 50lbs is a must. Applicants must be physically able to perform all job duties. Benefits include sick time, vacation time, paid holidays, and health insurance. Pay is $25+ per hour depending on experience.
