Plumber/Pipefitter (St. Augustine)

We are seeking a Plumber for one of our local clients in the Crescent City area. The selected individual will need knowledge of most plumbing responsibilities and qualifications listed below. Responsibilities: Assemble and install plumbing systems. Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures Adhere to safety policies and procedures Being able to identify areas that can and cannot be unearthed (Digging). Installation of fixtures (Sinks, Toilets, faucets etc.) Qualifications: Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or another related field Ability to read blueprints and schematics is a plus. Ability to handle physical workload Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Excellent verbal communication skills Uses saws and pipe cutters, as necessary. Must have own transportation. Small but growing paint company needs some additional manpower on a part-time basis. Mostly in the Riverside, Avondale, Ortega market...with some jobs in San Marco and Springfield...and miscellaneous projects elsewhere here and there. The schedule is pretty flexible. It could be a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday kinda thing...every week. Or weekends here and there. I just need good people. I'll do what I need to do to line up the schedules.
