Summary: Reliable Services USA is looking for subcontractors in the area to install residential appliances and do retail plumbing service calls. Sub-Contract. Appliance Installations include Light/Trim electrical, plumbing, and/or maintenance experience in residential or multi-family preferred. Dishwashers, Water Heaters, Cooktops, Ranges, Microwaves. The Plumbing Technician is responsible for the installation of plumbing fixtures and residential service plumbing for single-family or multi-family residential customers. Essential Functions: Responsible for pick-up, delivery and installation of residential plumbing fixtures, such as Water Heaters, Dishwashers, Disposals, Toilets, Sinks, Faucets, etc. to the customer’s satisfaction. Manage schedule, communicate frequently with customers, provide excellent customer service, provide tutorials to customers on operation of installed item. Responsible for all field administrative functions to ensure job is complete such as, documenting install, uploading photos, change orders and otherwise ensuring all installs are in compliance. Must have General Liability, Automotive and Workers Comp Insurance (Certificate of Insurance Required) Must provide valid W-9 (Required) Responsible for providing dependable vehicle suitable for Appliance Installations, all tools and mobile device (phone, tablet) for uploading pictures, videos and completing jobs (Required) Dependable and possess a professional appearance and attitude. Physical Demands: Requires minimum of eight hours standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling with a full range of body mechanics/movements. Requires lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work in an environment requiring use of ladder, stairs, heights, platforms, attics, crawl spaces and climbing in and out of trucks or vans in tight spaces.
