Alder House and Uptown Tower are affordable apartment communities located in Portland, OR with a combined total of 203 units. For this position, we are seeking a self-starter who enjoys leading/supervising others and excels in a fast-paced, hands on environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional and communicative; and have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in multifamily property maintenance, building maintenance, or similar experience plus specific knowledge of building systems and the ability to work independently. A Maintenance Lead's primary role is to manage site maintenance and other maintenance and housekeeping staff, and to support the Community Manager by ensuring site safety and completion of required property maintenance necessary to maintain excellent curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property. This will include prioritizing and processing work orders which may include both urgent and routine maintenance of property and apartment units. This position is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is done in compliance with OSHA regulations, and Guardian policies and procedures. A Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible for coordinating with other property staff and vendors to provide outstanding customer service to the residents, provide well-timed and proactive property maintenance, safeguard the good financial health and stability of the property, and complete all required paperwork and reports on time. Schedule: 40 hours / week Compensation: $27 - $29 Depending on Experience / hr + benefits! Renewable Gas Field Service Technician Job Type: Full-Time Location: Enterprise, AL Position Summary: The Renewable Gas Field Service Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting renewable gas systems and associated equipment across multiple facilities. This role requires a high degree of physical mobility and the ability to respond quickly and decisively to equipment malfunctions, safety risks, and hazardous conditions—including those caused by severe weather events. The technician must be prepared to travel between sites at short notice and maintain site safety and operational continuity during critical incidents. Minimum Qualifications:  4 years of experience with industrial equipment  2 years of experience in industrial maintenance  Valid U.S. work authorization  High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)  Valid Driver’s License Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Operate and monitor renewable gas compression and decompression facilities, including rotating equipment, gas monitoring and metering systems, compressors, and gas delivery systems.  Troubleshoot equipment failures and malfunctions to determine root cause; perform repairs, maintenance, or replacement of components.  Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems, including pumps and compressors.  Maintain, modify, and repair instrumentation and control equipment (e.g., recorders, flowmeters, analyzers, and other monitoring tools).  Serve as the lead on-site technician, coordinating operational and maintenance activities.  Record and analyze operational data; provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trends, availability, and production.  Collect samples for quality testing and maintain accurate compliance records.  Maintain a clean and organized working environment at all facilities.  Assist with process control improvements to enhance operational efficiency.  Respond swiftly to urgent operational issues, including gas leaks, mechanical failures, or extreme weather-related disruptions, to ensure safety and system integrity.  Other duties and project assignments as directed. Need a vinyl fencing installer with proper tools and a car. Experience is a must. You should be able to install fencing on the concrete or soil. As well as be able to install toppers on the existing brick or cinder block walls. Experience in installing vinyl doors. This is not a full time job. Probably one or two days a week.
