Other duties may be assigned. 1. Accurately and efficiently diagnose and repair HVAC equipment. 2. Ability to read prints and drawings. 3. Experience with ductwork. 4. Maintain communication with your manager, parts, and installation teams. 5. Attention to detail, accurate documentation of hours, and material per job. 6. Maintain quality standards on all installations and tasks. 7. Always maintain safety standards. 8. Assisting with customers' queries. Education/Experience: MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF HVAC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Certificates and Licenses: Valid and insurable driver’s license with clean driving record. Certifications and training in HVAC, preferred. Qualifications: • Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customers in person, by phone and email. • Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work in small spaces. • Must be highly motivated, detailed oriented, able to multi-task, be highly skilled in problem solving and accurate resolutions, be flexible, and demonstrate the ability to follow through on tasks timely and effectively.
