Your days will be varied and challenging, never boring! • HVAC Service: Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and light commercial clients. • Fireplace Expertise: Service, diagnose, and repair gas, wood, and pellet fireplaces, inserts, and stoves. Perform installations and annual cleanings to ensure safety and efficiency. • Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Flex your technical muscles by identifying issues with mechanical and electrical systems, finding the root cause, and implementing effective, lasting solutions. • Customer Interaction: Be the friendly face of our company! Clearly explain issues and solutions to homeowners, provide expert recommendations, and ensure a 5-star customer experience. • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and local building codes, maintaining a safe and organized work environment in your vehicle and on the job site. ________________________________________ What You Bring to the Table ✅ We're looking for a reliable and skilled professional who is ready to grow with us. • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC service is required. Experience with fireplaces is a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong HVAC skills! • Certifications: EPA Universal Certification is a must. NFI (National Fireplace Institute) certification is highly desirable. • Skills: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and combustion principles. You should be comfortable using diagnostic tools and reading schematics. • Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality workmanship. • Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check.
