The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted efficiently and effectively. Duties - Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. - Maintain and repair equipment as necessary, utilizing schematics and technical manuals. - Fabricate parts or components as needed to support maintenance operations. - Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal and functionality of spaces. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies. Requirements - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and clients. - Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. - Strong understanding of schematics and ability to read technical drawings. - Experience with welding techniques is a plus. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. - A commitment to safety protocols while performing maintenance tasks is essential. - Must possess basic customer service skills to interact positively with clients and tenants.
