Looking for an auto body paint technician who is proficient in the following skills: -Proper primer application. -Proper vehicle prep, pre paint. -Proper color matching. -Proper paint/clear coat application and blending. -Proper sand and buff. We are a low volume shop, and emphasize on quality repairs, therefore we do not want quick work but quality work! Technician must keep his/her paint station super organized and clean. Job Responsibilities: Assembly and Testing: Assemble wire harnesses according to technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Test wiring continuity using a continuity tester. Component Preparation: Select wires of specified color, marking, or length, and loop wires between guide pegs on harness board. Quality Control: Inspect and verify own work using visual aids, checklists, and inspection tools. Identify and escalate discrepancies or design issues. Documentation: Mark identifying data on completed harness and contribute to updates of work instructions and BOMs. Safety and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and comply with all safety protocols and use of PPE. Requirements Experience: 2-5 years of related experience in wire harness assembly, depending on the level of seniority. Technical Skills: Proficient in soldering, crimping, and stripping wires, with a solid understanding of wire harness mechanical assembly. Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a physically demanding environment. Communication Skills: Able to comprehend and follow moderately complex written and verbal instructions. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: Relevant certifications in the electrical or electronic industry. Salary Range The salary range for a wire harness assembler can vary from $18 to $25 per hour.

Our work includes work in hospitals, private radiology facilities, medical office buildings, places of worship, radio stations, and other interesting projects. Medical work includes radiological equipment electrical systems installation for x-ray rooms, CT scan, MRI, fluoroscopy, linear accelerators, ultrasound, and other modalities. Also patient treatment area renovations, such as intensive care units (ICU), endoscopy units, operating rooms, and other procedure rooms. Infrastructure upgrades such as emergency generator installations, service upgrades from 400A to 4000A, power/control for environmental systems, & fire alarm systems. We are looking for a select few individuals who are well-spoken, neat in appearance, hard working, and looking for a long term position.
