Field Superintendent (Farmington)

Ocel Builders is a Construction company based out of Farmington Minnesota that specializes in custom residential remodeling with year round employment. We are in search of an accomplished Field Superintendent to add to our Established Team. This is a salaried position and the candidate would be working out of our home office in Farmington, MN and traveling to jobsites each day. This role is starting at $80,000 (DOE) with a company vehicle. Must have valid drivers license, be able to pass a background check, and stay compliant. Experience: Accomplished Project Manager/Job Superintendent Role Knowledge of Residential Building codes Knowledge of DHS Waivered Services is a plus Duties include but not limited to: Managerial oversight of home modification construction projects Occasional Service work Planning, scheduling, implementation, & coordination of quality remodeling builds Building rapport with clients and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the building process Managing and inspecting the quality of work that is performed by in house crews/subcontractors Maintain professional, clean, and organized projects Work closely/communicate with office personnel Involvement in the selection, coordination, oversight, & management of people, materials, and budgets Manage worker productivity Deliver trailers for job starts and pick up when project is completed Ability to manage 4 to 6 crews at any time Facilitating preconstruction meetings with clients and Case Managers/Assessors Preparing order forms for materials for job starts Establish good working relationships with a variety of people, including upper management, sales, trades, vendors & customers Manage, as well as inspect, the quality of the work performed in house by crew/subcontractors and hold them accountable to quality standards Work well under pressure, analyze and resolve problems, and act decisively such as when faced with unplanned situations and delay Work effectively with technology to handle communications with office staff, crews, and subcontractors Benefits: PTO Paid Holidays Bi-Weekly Direct Deposit Payroll IRA w/Company Match Annual Pay Raise Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday)
