Experienced Steel Fabricator (Boise)

Seeking an individual with fabrication experience manufacturing miscellaneous steel products such as ornamental handrails, guardrails, stairs & ladders including the fabrication of structural materials such as columns, beams, braces, and brackets. Along with shop fabrication, you will need to assist with an occasional onsite installation involving the ability to work with drills and drivers to install fasteners such as lag screws and expansion bolts. Most all projects are located in the Boise area with little or no travel required Position requires the knowledge to operate ironworkers, punches, bandsaws, grinders, sanders including the ability to read blueprints and accurately measure and cut materials to the required specifications. An individual with stick welding qualifications and certification would be a favorable candidate. Position requires some physical work but not limited to pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, reaching. May require lifting of 75 lb. or more on occasion. Welder certification may be required for any SMAW, FCAW & GMAW welding. Wage depending on your experience & qualifications. Paid Vacations, Simple IRA program contributions. Wage per hour DOE
