Experienced framer wanted

Looking for an experienced technician capable of handling any job , diagnostic skills are a plus , ase cerificates are preffered. Must have own tools. Lift and specialty tools will be provided.

We are looking for a skilled carpenter who has own truck/transportation and tools, to work with General Contractor specializing in Fences, Stairs, Decks, Cement Fiber Siding and Dry Rot Repairs; ability to work unsupervised. We are a pioneering natural leather tannery creating a better model based on using natural inputs with efficient appropriate technology. Think of a craft brewery but for leather tanning. We specialize in hair on buffalo and sheepskins, as well as bark tanned leather from deer and goat. There is a mix of work tanning as well as creative problem solving as we work to improve and scale up our process. Traditional Tanners' hides are sustainably sourced, would otherwise go to waste, and we donate a percentage of profits to rebuild buffalo herds on tribal lands. We are the first and only certified organic tannery in the US. Qualifications: The best candidates enjoy a balance of working with their hands, bodies and minds, and a mix of working together and alone. 20-40 hrs a week. We have some scheduling flexibility, but we generally work during regular business hours on weekdays, in a workshop on our ranch three miles outside Ashland. I am looking for a lead foreman / laborer. Someone who is not on drugs and willing to do hard work. Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. pack panels, tie rebar, set forms, be able to take orders and lead people with a positive attitude. Must have experience with concrete construction work.
