Day to day job details include, welding, framing, drywall repairs, painting, gutter cleaning, concrete flat work some masonry and eviction clean outs. Must be able to lift 80 pounds, Must have a drivers license and a vehicle to drive to the job site every day. Must have your own tools such as cordless drill , impact, tape measure , hammer , square etc. We are looking for a person with a wide variety of skills to help us with our day to day jobs. We work all over the Denver Metro area for apartment communities repairing fences, hand railings, sidewalk and general building repairs.

Deck construction no experience necessary. Need a helper for miscellaneous. We build north side, Superior, westminster, Thornton, Arvada etc. start $23-28 depending on experience

Responsibilities: * Apply and finish a traditional 3-coat plaster system, including scratch, brown, and finish coats. * Demonstrate expertise in hard trowel and float finishing techniques to achieve a high-quality, durable surface. * Prepare surfaces and mix materials according to specifications. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment. * Collaborate effectively with other team members to meet project deadlines. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Stucco Finisher or Plasterer, with a strong portfolio of interior work. * Must be proficient in applying a 3-coat plaster system. * Expertise in both hard trowel and float finishing. * Ability to pass a comprehensive background check is mandatory for this specific job. Highly Desired (but not required): * Experience with decorative plaster applications.
