Pipelayer Ryatt Construction LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Pipelayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the lead and operator onsite to ensure accurate and efficient utility installation per plans and specifications. Responsibilities  Install underground utilities, including storm, sewer, and water systems, per project plans and specifications.  Set grades, lay pipe, install bedding, and perform proper backfilling and compaction.  Ensure proper shoring and trench safety at all times in accordance with OSHA standards.  Work with inspectors to ensure compliance with municipal and project requirements.  Verify that all required materials and parts are onsite and organized.  Provide clear direction and communication to supporting crew members.  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.  Accurately clock in and out of tasks daily using Work.  Perform additional duties as needed to support the crew and project success. Qualifications  2+ years of hands-on experience installing underground utilities in a construction environment.  Ability to read and interpret construction plans and city specifications.  Proficient in setting and checking grades.  Strong understanding of safe trenching and shoring practices.  Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
