Remodel Carpenter

Our comprehensive services and skilled craftsmanship ensure quality and satisfaction at every stage of the building process. Bicknell Builds is hiring remodel carpenters. We are looking to expand our team with the appropriate remodel carpenter that demonstrates attention to detail, eagerness to learn, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and who can work independently and or lead a team. Ideal candidates will have: Minimum 5+ years of carpentry experience in general residential & remodel construction required. Ability to read, understand and interpret construction plans, sketches and details. Be adept and comfortable performing general labor, structural and non-structural framing, carpentry, finish carpentry, concrete, tile setting, drywall installation and finishing, painting, roofing penetrations, flashing, siding, windows, doors, fixtures, demo, cleanup, etc. Ability to coordinate with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, inspectors, coworkers, etc. Able to perform punch-lists, customer review, and final walk through when required. Ability to lead a project and associates from mobilization through project completion. Daily reports, detailed time & material tracking when required. Tracking of receipts and mileage for reimbursements and use of company credit accounts. Willingness to grow. Personable, with good communication skills. Ability to provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive client relationships. Positive attitude and appearance. Reliable, dependable transportation, valid WA state driver’s license and mobile phone. Tools should include all basic hand and power tools customarily owned by a carpenter.
