Description

Join our team, to provide customer with the best repairs and service for their vehicles. Responsibilies: Assess and estimate the cost of repairs for damage vehicles. Communicate with customers to explain the repair process and provide accurate estimates. Create detailed repair orders and maintain accurate records of all repairs. Coordinate with insurance companies to process claims and obtain necessary approvals. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications: Previous experience in auto body repair Stong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and processes Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers. Proficient in service writing and estimating software (CCC ONE) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. I CAR certified.
