REQUIREMENTS: Assist in preparing surfaces for painting (e.g., sanding, scraping, masking) Mix, match, and apply paints and other finishes to various surfaces Load, unload, and set up painting equipment and materials Protect surrounding areas using drop cloths and tape Clean tools, equipment, and job sites at the end of each shift Follow instructions from the foreman or lead painter Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule Maintain a clean and organized work environment ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Walk, stand, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl and bend/twist body for extended periods of time Tolerate in and outdoor extreme cold, heat and humid conditions for extended periods of time May be required to work in heights.
