CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Area Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations in the San Diego area. This shift starts at 5:00 pm (Monday through Friday, with some weekend hours as needed) and is a salary position. The Senior Night Area Manager will be responsible for: • Supervise and schedule field janitorial teams to ensure efficient operations • Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to cleaning staff • Conduct multiple nightly site visits in a company-provided vehicle to monitor quality and performance • Manage inventory and order necessary cleaning equipment and supplies • Track employee hours and payroll using company software and technology • Collaborate with branch managers to ensure daily tasks and special projects are completed to standards • Ensure adherence to facility and company safety and security protocols • Perform various administrative and operational duties as required Qualifications: • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Must be able to pass background check and drug test Compensation $70,000 - $75,000 Please send resume or apply on our website ccsbts.com
