Key Responsibilities: -Lead and direct a team of tradespeople on construction sites. -Coordinate and oversee the workflow for various projects. -Ensure all construction work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specifications. -Prepare and manage materials lists and order necessary supplies. -Maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring completion within designated timeframes. -Conduct on-site inspections and provide technical guidance and instruction to the team. -Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
