Maintenance Position (Tulsa)

We are Cairn Communities. We are looking for a dynamic maintenance person for our Pine Creek property. Must have valid driver's license. We need a skilled person in maintenance and someone who is dedicated. We offer a competitive pay, year end bonus, 401k and health insurance if you wish to partake. We offer monthly phone allowance. We have community vehicle but need someone with good vehicle and tools to do their job. We do not guarantee a community vehicle and at times you would need to use your own. We are a drug free workplace. If you have a marijuana medical card, you cannot use marijuana during work hours.
