Requirements Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment. Good physical stamina, capable of lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping processes within a distribution center environment is advantageous. This is what we are looking for: 1) You MUST have a crew with experience. 2) You MUST have one person dedicated to doing inspections full time 3) You MUST have a crew to do the work. We have our own custom software for field management we will give you access to. 1) We send you free roof inspections 2) You go do the bids and quotes using our software tool 3) Your crew does the work 4) We get 35% of what the job is you keep the rest for material and labor.
