Warehouse Worker (Lake Park, FL)
Pay:$18–$20/hour
Work Hours:Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Maxxima is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our newly established distribution center in Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our foundational warehouse team as we expand operations into the region. With over 40 years of experience in the heavy-duty truck and consumer LED lighting industry, Maxxima is known for delivering top-quality products and exceptional service driven by innovation and teamwork. As part of this ground-up effort, you'll play a key role in helping build an efficient, organized, and high-performing warehouse environment.
Here's What You'll Do:
-Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment, ensuring items are correctly matched and ready for delivery.
-Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, verifying, and tracking inventory, including performing regular cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
-Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and motorized vehicles, to load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
-Shipping and Receiving: Ensure timely shipment of products and assist with unloading incoming goods and verifying accuracy of orders.
-Warehouse Maintenance: Contribute to keeping the warehouse clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Here's What's Required:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-3+ years of warehouse experience preferred
-Ability to operate warehouse equipment and familiarity with scanning technology
-Strong communication skills in English and willingness to work overtime when needed
-Able to stand, walk, and bend for 8–10-hour shifts
-Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
