Remote Customer Service Representative – Support Union Members Nationwide Are you someone who thrives on helping others and excels in customer service? We’re looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for making a difference. This is a 100% remote opportunity to join a rapidly growing team that values professional development, ongoing training, and a supportive work culture. What You'll Do: • Contact union members to schedule Zoom appointments. • Act as the first point of contact for union members across the country, primarily via phone and Zoom. • Provide information about their supplemental benefits packages, answer questions, and assist with enrollment in eligible programs. • Complete electronic applications accurately and efficiently. • Maintain a consistent, full-time schedule. • Participate in training sessions and team check-ins regularly. What We’re Looking For: • Previous knowledge of union benefits is a plus, but not required. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong time management and organizational abilities. • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. • A problem-solver who is dedicated to member satisfaction. • Comfortable using Zoom and other computer applications.
