We have a 100sf private studio available at Art Explosion's Dogpatch Studios. Monthly Rent is $275 which includes utilities and free WiFi. 20 ft ceilings, concrete floors, 4 walls with a curtain for privacy. 24/7 access, but no live-work This is a secure, professional, ADA accessible building with easy freeway access.
