Music Lessons ~ Experienced Instructor (Barto)

Steve Walker and Hex Hollow Music are accepting new students for Music Lessons, Beginner to Advanced, on Guitar (acoustic, electric & resonator slide), Mandolin, Banjo, Bass, Harmonica, Ukulele, Dulcimer, Piano & Keyboards. Genres: Jazz, Blues, Bluegrass, Folk, Rock, Reggae, Celtic, Classical & Country Lessons are $20. per half hour at our studio off Rt 100 in Barto, Pennsylvania. No contract, no monthly commitment, Lessons scheduled at your convenience. Morning, afternoon, and evening times are available. My students have gone on to become successful gigging performers and studio musicians. We repair stringed musical instruments. Rent to own instruments are available for students. Instructor Steve Walker has 45 years teaching experience and has taught music classes for Boyertown, Upper Perkiomen, and Owen J. Roberts school districts, and worked as a luthier craftsman for the Martin Guitar Company and National Guitar Workshop. Twice winner of “Best String Instrument Player” at the Lehigh Valley Music Awards, he performs locally, and has been featured at events as diverse as the Berks Jazz Fest, Philadelphia Folk Festival, Musikfest, and the Pennsylvania State Capitol. Students get a solid foundation in technique and theory, while having fun learning songs that you and others will enjoy.
