Specifically, for the work/rent exchange we are looking for people who are self-motivated, responsible and reliable, and have experience in most of the following: * irrigation repair and maintenance/water supply system * forestry, mainly experience clearing brush, falling small trees and chipping for fire protection * basic carpentry, plumbing and electricity * some automotive mechanical know-how * organic gardening * animal care: two sheep, chickens, and 2 large breed dogs—1 Akbash and 1 Anatolian Shepherd. Due to their size it takes somebody who loves dogs and is not intimidated by them.
