Hardwood and linoleum floors throughout. Plenty of light comes in the large windows and there is ample closets/storage space. A/C is window units, heat is gas ($77 a month on the budget plan). Tenant is responsible for electric and gas. Water and trash are included. There is a nice porch and large yard which are available to use. Free laundry is shared between 2 units. While this listing states the terms as "monthly", I am looking for a 8 or 12 month lease period. We do not take section 8. This is currently a "no pet" building.
