We are looking for a caring and gentle female Overnight Assistant / Night Aide (from 10:00 pm - 6:00 am) for our elderly mom who lives in a group home in Chandler (85286). As needed, the overnight assistant will help our mom go to the bathroom, help her get back into bed, massage her legs, and soothe her back to sleep. Pay is at the rate of $80 per night. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Develop financial models to analyze performance, evaluate potential investments, and support strategic initiatives. Provide accurate and timely financial reports, variance analysis, and actionable insights to senior management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met consistently. Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors.
