The ideal candidate will assist clients in their daily activities, promote their independence, and ensure their overall well-being. Responsibilities Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Develop and implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs and preferences. Provide support in memory care activities to enhance cognitive function and engagement. Monitor patients' health and behavior, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Experience Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, particularly in long-term care settings.
