Caregivers Needed in Central CT areas New Britain/ Hartford (New Britain)

Hartford HealthCare Independence at Home has a number of Caregiving positions available. We are seeking Caregivers dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes. Caregivers provide a variety of healthcare and general wellness duties to client’s who rely on our care. These duties may include personal hygiene and grooming care; Assistance with toileting, ambulation, etc.; Providing meals for clients' nutritional needs; Reporting changes in clients' condition to supervisor, or client care coordinator; Performing routine housekeeping and home management duties; Recording each client's care on care plan and submitting care plan in a timely manner; Assisting with providing emotional support for the clients and their families; Assisting with routine therapy exercises; Participating in case conferences as requested; Attends all required in-service education sessions. Hartford HealthCare Independence at Home offers a team-oriented structure, per diem pay $18.00/hr., paid travel time, paid mileage, transfer opportunity within HHC and paid in-service opportunities. ****A valid driver license, vehicle and auto insurance are required**** Independence at Home is committed to keeping our colleagues and clients safe.
