Description

Sommerset Assisted Living community is meeting candidates for this position due to an internal transfer. This is a full-time position, generally M-F, but must be available for occasional special events that may occur on weekends. The ideal candidate would enjoy working with seniors, be able to work well with others, be detail oriented, communicate well, be very dependable, creative, and have an outgoing/positive attitude. The activity assistant makes a huge impact on the lives of our seniors. This person impacts residents physically, socially, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. The position reports directly to the activity director and follows an activity calendar. We offer a PTO plan, 401k, and we pay 90% of health, vision, and dental insurance premiums.
