In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operation, crafting exceptional cocktails, providing outstanding service, and creating memorable experiences for our discerning guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the bar area Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately Follow all alcohol service laws and regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations Upsell menu items and promote specials Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed Train and mentor junior staff members Participate in creating new cocktail recipes and menu development Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience as a bartender in an upscale establishment Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 21 years of age Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain) POS system proficiency Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Benefits & Perks Competitive wage: $25/hour Lucrative tip sharing program Health insurance options Paid time off Employee discounts Professional development Schedule Full-time position, 35-40 hours per week.
