About the Role: As a Mixologist, you’ll work alongside a passionate team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This position requires in-depth knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, proper technique, and a confident, warm presence behind the bar. You’ll be trusted with batching, prepping, garnishing, and serving elevated cocktails consistently—every time. About the Role: As the face behind the bar, you’ll execute a well-developed seasonal cocktail list, incorporating clarified cocktails, fat-washed spirits, amaro-forward drinks, and signature riffs on the classics. You’ll work closely with management to ensure that every cocktail served meets the highest level of quality, consistency, and presentation. Besides the pizza station, you will assist the sauté /grill cook also. Our pizza oven is a double gas with brick stone.
