Requirements for Kitchen prep position: Knife Skills Willing to learn to make sushi Must be open to learning new skills. Kitchen Prep will be required to prepare ingredients, make kitchen inventory list, execute orders, read english and spanish, clean all kitchen supplies and more. Must be open to morning and night shifts and schedule updates. Must be able to work weekdays and weekends Must speak English and Spanish.
