Bellman / Valet is responsible for luggage delivery to the guest's room, and with orienting the guests with the features and functions of their guest room. Bellman / Valet will be responsible for attending to the needs of hotel guests throughout the duration of their stay upon request. Bellman / Valet assists guests with the check-out process by handling the guest's luggage upon request, then loading their vehicle for departure. Bellman / Valet is responsible for ensuring that the guest's departure is smooth, warm and hospitable.
