About Us: Located in downtown Charleston, Marbled & Fin is proudly operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, The James). Our restaurant showcases sleek, modern interiors and a progressive, refined menu — all set against a celebratory and lively backdrop that redefines traditional steakhouse dining. We emphasize exceptional service, guest connection, and creating memorable dining experiences. Who We're Looking For: As Expeditor, you’ll play a vital role in the flow and success of service—working closely with the Chef and both Front and Back of House teams to ensure every dish is delivered with precision, timing, and care. Responsibilities: • Execute the departure of food items from the kitchen in a timely manner by maintaining ticket times based on restaurant standards • Alert chefs when the kitchen is out of specific garnish ingredients on the line and relay special food requests and allergies to the kitchen • Responsible for being the final check point on the plates before sending to guests; thus, ensuring proper portions, presentation standards, etc. are met.
