ABOUT THE JOB We’re a dynamic, hardworking couple, seeking a housekeeper for our one-of-a-kind Bloomfield Hills estate. With a young child and an active household, we need someone who takes pride in their work, values organization, and can keep our home running seamlessly. Our ideal candidate will work 3-5 days per week on-site in Bloomfield Hills and will be our champion for all things housekeeping and organization while helping with errands, and more. You’ve got at least 2–3 years of housekeeping experience under your belt. - Marie Kondo’s got nothing on you. You spot clutter from a mile away and have a knack for creating efficient, functional systems. - You get sh*t done. You’re self-motivated, proactive, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done — no babysitter required. - A modern-day MacGyver. You’ve never met a problem that couldn’t be solved. - Learning animal. You come in with solid know-how but remain open-minded about trying new techniques and exploring better ways to do things. Growth and adaptability motivate you. - Tech-smart & physically ready. You’re comfortable using apps to track inventory and manage tasks, and you’re fully capable of handling the physical demands of this role (standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs). YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Keep It Spotless. Follow an established cleaning framework to ensure our home is pristine. - Organize & Optimize. Maintain a clutter-free environment, reorganize spaces as needed, and ensure everything has its place. - Manage Inventory. Use our computer-based inventory system to track household items, cleaning supplies, and groceries. Keep the home well-stocked at all times. - Laundry & Ironing. Handle all laundry duties—from washing and folding to ironing. Coordinate with dry cleaning services when needed. - Maintenance Coordination. Spot and report broken or malfunctioning items within the home. Coordinate with contractors and schedule routine checks to keep the estate in top shape. - Errands & Shopping. Run errands like grocery shopping, supply pickups, etc. - Protect Privacy. Always maintain the family’s confidentiality. Handle personal items and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
