Experienced Baristas Wanted – Specialty Coffee, Done Right
Not all coffee shops are created equal. Some wear the “specialty” badge as a trend. Others live it, breathe it, and push the craft forward every single day. We’re the latter. We’re looking for 3 full-time baristas who know the difference between just pulling shots and actually understanding coffee—how it extracts, how brew methods shape flavor, why roast styles matter, and how sensory analysis brings it all together. If you don’t know it all yet but can learn fast and meet a high standard, we want to talk to you. This isn’t a job where you’re just behind a counter. It’s hospitality at its highest level. Every guest is welcomed like they’re stepping into a friend’s home. Every drink is prepared with precision and respect for the craft. Every team member is part of something bigger than themselves. What we offer: • $18 to $20/hr + tips based on experience • Full-time hours with seven-day availability between 6AM–6PM • A chance to grow your knowledge and skills surrounded by people who care deeply about this industry What you’ll need: • The ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and stay on your feet comfortably for long stretches • A sharp palate and willingness to use it for coffee and beverage tasting • Genuine hospitality and customer service instincts—you have to love people as much as coffee We’re building something special here. A place where quality, culture, and community collide. If you’ve been looking for more than just another cafe gig—if you’ve been waiting for a chance to contribute to a team that treats coffee as craft and hospitality as non-negotiable—this is it. Reply with your experience, your availability, and most importantly, tell us why you care about coffee. Please realize this is a full-time position requiring availability seven days a week, including major holidays.
