Beverage Preparation: Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and smoothies, according to established recipes. Operate and clean brewing equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders. Workstation Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area. Clean and maintain equipment, work stations, and the customer area. Restock supplies like cups, lids, and other inventory as needed. Teamwork & Operations: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and prompt service. Assist with opening and closing tasks, such as preparing the station and performing side work. Report any equipment maintenance needs to a supervisor. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong multitasking abilities. Basic mathematical skills for cash handling. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends. Knowledge of menu offerings and food safety guidelines. Experience with coffee equipment is often preferred. A high school diploma or GED is often a requirement.
