Position Summary: As a White base you would be lining treys of cookies with frosting to create a border, then later fill with icing to cover the entire surface. You will prepare your own frosting bags and consistencies. Frosting will already be made for you but you will be responsible for cleaning your own area. This is a repetitive task and we are looking for someone with good time management skills and good work focus. Key Responsibilities: ● Use icing bags to accurately line different shapes of cookies. ● Follow direction from the Artist Manager to meet visual and quality standards. ● Maintain consistent pacing to complete the expected volume of cookies each shift. ● Manage your time effectively to meet daily production goals. Qualifications: ● Availability 2–3 days per week (with potential for full-time hours during the holiday season). ● A steady hand with fast pace. ● Ability to work efficiently and maintain consistency under time constraints. ● Must be available to work during the holiday season (November 1 – January 1). ● Previous decorating or artistic experience is a plus, but not required. ● High school diploma or equivalent (required).
