Implement and monitor individualized support plans tailored to each participant's needs. Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients to help them achieve their personal goals. Engage clients in social, educational, and recreational activities to promote community participation. Support clients in personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and other daily tasks as needed. Document client progress and communicate any significant changes to supervisory staff. Requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must have DSP 1 and DSP 2. Prior experience in a role supporting individuals with disabilities is preferred.
