Saint Bridget School in Framingham, MA, is looking for a passionate, dynamic, caring, and well-organized teacher’s aide who enjoys working with students. CORI and VIRTUS training to be completed if hired. Candidates must be flexible and eager to have a positive impact on the school community. As a staff member we are called to pitch in, in one way or another. Each one of us has particular duties throughout the day that do not intervene with class time. • Recess • Lunch Duty • Arrival and/or Dismissal Duty • Transitioning Duty (taking to the students to mass or gym) Skills and Ability: • Work in partnership (communion) alongside the lead teacher • Responsible for planning and implementing Massachusetts Frameworks Curriculum in classroom coinciding with teaching the children about God’s love with the lead teacher • May be responsible for planning and implementing a collaborative model and conducting curricular activities and or programs, including but not limited to fairs, field trips, and etc. • Accountable for the academic success of all students, by holding them to a high standard • Strong working/communication skills with students, parents, and peers • Willing to implement any other programs designated by principal and academic director for school improvement • Inspiration to our students to pursue their academic careers and to approach situations with eyes of faith. Physical Working Conditions: • Physical ability to lift, position, and assist students as required • Ability to learn to perform individual medical procedures when necessary • Ability to operate standard office equipment and to learn to operate video equipment • Navigate from building to building if need be with students’ safety in mind at all times. Additional Information • Be a practicing Catholic or fully support the church’s magisterium/mission as an employee of the school. • At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred. • High School/Trade School degree preferred. • Citizenship, residency or work visa required

Computer Skills-Proficiency in computer and computer applications, including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), social media, and other scholastic or educational programs relative to assisting children complete homework assignments. Driving-While driving is not required for this position, applicant must have transportation or the ability to get to and from work sites. If the applicant does drive for work purposes, they must have the legal ability to drive a motor vehicle in California, proof of a valid California driver’s license, and adequate motor vehicle insurance.
