Our Cooperative Development Program (CDP) is a nationally recognized leader in developing worker cooperatives in low-income communities. Since 2006, we have launched 25 worker-owned cooperatives, supported over 540 worker-owners, and trained 50+ organizations in cooperative development. We’re looking for you—a bilingual (Spanish-English) professional eager to make a difference by supporting women, fostering economic equity, and shaping thriving small businesses. What You’ll Do As a Small Business Developer, you’ll play a key role in strengthening worker cooperatives and advancing CFL’s initiatives.
