This short-term rental includes a living room, kitchen area, a spacious bathroom, an excellent-sized bedroom fitting up to a queen sized bed. All rooms have a window filling the apartment with sunlight all day long. There’s also a large private rooftop area accessible directly from the apartment. The quaint 8-tenant building is just moments from the subway, supermarkets, parks, laundromats and an array of dining and shopping choices The price include utilities. Upon move-in, in addition to signing a sublease agreement, you would be expected to provide a security deposit (to be discussed). Sublet starts mid October, around Oct 17 (flexible). Minimum two months but can be up to 4-5 months, depending on your circumstances.
