You’ll manage multiple in-house crews, coordinate field operations, and ensure job sites are safe, efficient, and high-quality. SCOPE: A Maintenance Technician in property management is responsible for performing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks across residential or commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, and general upkeep, responding to resident/tenant service requests, and ensuring the overall functionality and appearance of the property by completing routine inspections and preventative maintenance procedures, often requiring on-call availability for emergencies; reporting to the property manager. Looking to hire an experienced cabinet installer to do new construction residential and commercial cabinet installs. Some jobs may also require other finish carpentry and millwork. Our schedule is always full so full time hours are inevitable every week and most weeks overtime is available. We travel occasionally but it is not required. The schedule is run through Google calendar and hours are logged on WorkForce via mobile phone. Pay is bi-monthly through direct deposit. The company will always supply all consumables and supplies needed and tools as they break. It is preferred you have some tools especially hand tools.
