We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leaders at a leading investment firm in Boston. This role is in Boston with hours from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. This contract position is expected to run through the end of the year, with the possibility of extension. The pay range is $40 per hour. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones Arrange and manage detailed international and domestic travel logistics Process expenses and prepare related supporting documentation Collaborate with a team of three EAs to ensure seamless coverage and support Candidate Qualifications Previous Executive Assistant experience in a corporate or professional services setting (investment, financial services experience preferred) Strong business judgment, discretion, and professionalism Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn internal systems quickly Flexible, service-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
